Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck tomatoes
    14 hot peppers
    2 bell peppers
    1 to 2 onions
    2 to 3 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. salt
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Prepare peppers in a food processor.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook until desired consistency.
    The longer you cook, the thicker it will become.
    When cooked, cold pack it.
