Cheesy Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes, baked
    oil
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 crispy cooked bacon slices
    1 Tbsp. green onion slices
    sour cream
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
    Scoop out centers, leaving 1/4-inch shell.
    Fry shells, a few at a time, for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain.
    Place on cookie sheet. Top with Velveeta and broil until cheese melts. Top with remaining ingredients. Yields 8 appetizers.
