Cream Cheese Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) margarine or butter, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. cocoa
    1 lb. powdered sugar (4 c.)
    1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese, margarine, vanilla and salt on low speed until smooth.
    Beat in cocoa.
    Beat in powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, until smooth.
    Stir in pecans.
    Press firmly in ungreased 8-inch square pan.
    Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
    Cut into squares about 1-inch square.
    Keep refrigerated.
    Makes about 50 pieces.
