Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 (2 lb.) can sauerkraut
    1/2 c. onions, sliced thin
    1/2 c. celery, cut fine
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. mangos or sweet peppers, cut fine
    1 c. bean sprouts
Preparation
    Heat sugar and vinegar.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly and let stand for 24 hours.
