Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, no crust
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    2 c. grated cheese
    8 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 small minced onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Butter bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Line bottom with bread. Brown sausage.
    Sprinkle sausage and cheese on bread.
    Mix together eggs, milk, dry mustard and onion.
    Pour over sausage and cheese.
    (You can refrigerate this overnight if you need to.)
