Ingredients

2 eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 can milk
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar.
Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture.
Add milk and water.
Beat until smooth.
Fold in oil. Mix flour and milk mixture a little at a time.
