Spinach Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dough
    1 pkg. fresh spinach, steamed and drained
    1/2 c. black olives
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese or other cheeses
    Swiss or Provolone cheese, sliced (if desired)
Preparation
    Fry the spinach with garlic, salt and pepper in a little olive oil.
    When almost done, add chopped olives to the fried spinach. Layer spinach on rolled out dough.
    Top with cheeses, as desired. Roll into jelly roll shape.
    Place on a lightly floured pan with seam on the bottom and the ends turned under.
    Lightly oil dough top, then make 3 diagonal slits across top with knife.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
