Ingredients

1 c. oleo (Parkay)
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Mix flour and baking soda; set aside.
Mix oleo, sugar, egg, vanilla and almond.
Blend in flour mixture.
Chill 2 to 3 hours. Roll out dough to 1/4-inch thick and cut out cookies.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes.
