Rice Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chopped raw apple
2 c. cooked rice
1 can drained fruit cocktail
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and chill.
Serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
Serves 6 to 8.
