Never Fail Hot Water Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1/2 c. boiling water
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of baking powder
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over shortening.
    Stir until melted.
    Add dry ingredients and stir until absorbed and mixture forms a ball. Roll out between sheets of waxed paper.
    Makes two (9-inch) crusts or 3 smaller crusts.
