Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. hot or mild sausage
1 small pkg. biscuit mix
1 egg

Preparation

Blend ingredients together and roll into balls.
Place on a cookie sheet.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes or until brown.
Let cool.
Serve plain or with your choice of sauce.
