Sliced Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    3 c. self-rising flour
    12 oz. sharp cheese, grated
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine sausage, flour, cheese, shortening and milk in bowl, mixing well.
    Shape into long rolls.
    Cut into slices. Place slices on baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until done.
    Yields 24 servings.
