Best And Easy Chocolate Fudge(Makes 5 Pounds To Freeze Or For Gifts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate pieces
    1 c. (2 sticks) butter
    1 jar (7 1/2 oz.) marshmallow cream
    1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 or 2 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Place chocolate chips, butter and marshmallow in a large bowl. In a heavy 4-quart pan bring to a boil sugar and evaporated milk, stirring constantly.
    When mixture reaches a full boil cook for 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Pour over chocolate mixture.
    Stir until well blended and holds its shape.
    Add nuts and vanilla. Pour into 15 x 10-inch pan.
    Cool and cut into pieces.
