Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Thaw the potatoes and combine the rest.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until potatoes are tender.
    During the last 15 minutes, put crushed crackers on top.
    Serves 12 to 15 and cooks best in 2 casserole dishes.
