Diabetic Fruit Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dates
    1/2 c. prunes
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. water
    1 stick margarine
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Boil together dates, prunes, raisins and water.
    Add margarine. Mix together eggs, soda, salt, flour, vanilla and nuts.
    Add batter to fruit mixture.
    Bake in 7 x 11-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
