Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. matured (sweet) red sweet potatoes, creamed
1 large can Pet Milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. brown sugar
3 eggs, beaten well

Preparation

Blend all ingredients together.
Pour into 9-inch pie shell and bake in 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 oven until done.
