Chili Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 large eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. flour
    2 to 4 dashes Tabasco sauce
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilies
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Beat eggs lightly.
    Blend in salt, baking powder, flour and Tabasco.
    Add cheeses and butter.
    Mix only until blended.
    Stir in green chilies by hand.
    Pour mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0. Continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cut into squares.
    Serve hot.
