Salmon Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    3/4 c. minced onion
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can salmon or 1/2 lb. cooked salmon steak, skinned and boned
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. flour
    8 oz. boiling potatoes, cooked and cubed
    2 1/2 c. milk
    snipped fresh dill or dried dill weed
Preparation
    If using canned salmon, discard skin and dark meat.
    Cook onions in butter about 5 minutes.
    Add salmon, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
    Add flour mixed with 1 tablespoon of the milk and stir to mix.
    Add potatoes and milk.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Garnish with dill.
