Cheddar Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (1/2 lb.)
salt
ground pepper
Preparation
-
In microwave, heat milk in 2 cup glass cup for 1 minute on High.
Remove and add cheese and stir to moisten.
Scrape into blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
Return to glass cup.
Heat on High 30 seconds.
Stir and season.
