Apple Stuffed Turkey Tenderloins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) turkey breast tenderloins
1 apple, pared, cored and diced
1/3 c. orange juice
3 Tbsp. jellied cranberry sauce
4 tsp. orange marmalade
2 egg whites, beaten
1 1/2 Tbsp. water
2/3 c. corn flake crumbs or seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation

Combine apple, orange juice, cranberry sauce and marmalade in small saucepan.
Cook until apple is soft but holds its shape. Wipe tenderloins with damp paper towel.
Slice them lengthwise to form pocket.
Spoon half of apple mixture into each pocket.
Secure edges with toothpick.
Cut each tenderloin in half.
Egg should be beaten with water.
Dip tenderloins in egg mixture.
Dredge in crumbs.
Put in casserole dish not touching.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve remaining sauce over turkey.
Serves 4. Also good with chicken breasts.
