Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
5 heaping Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. oleo
2 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1 (10-inch) graham cracker pie crust
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, cocoa and salt.
Mix well.
Add enough milk (a little at a time) to make a thin paste.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Add remainder of milk gradually until well mixed.
Add oleo.
Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly, until real thick.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and beat until filling is real smooth.
Pour into pie crust and refrigerate overnight.
Just before serving, whip the cream and place on top of pie.
