Carrot Rice Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
    1/4 c. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can condensed cheese soup
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Cook carrots and onion in butter until tender; combine with rice and flour.
    Blend soup, egg and seasonings; add to rice mixture.
    Turn into greased 8-inch ring mold.
    Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 30 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes before inverting on serving platter.
    Makes 6 servings.
