Ingredients

1 white cake mix
1 15 oz. can cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
1 12 oz. Cool Whip
1 pkg. coconut
Preparation

Mix cake as directed on package and bake.
Remove from oven and punch holes with wooden spoon handle.
Pour cream of coconut in holes.
Sprinkle cake with coconut and cool.
Store in refrigerator.
Frost with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut. This uses a lot of coconut.
