Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
4 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. parsley
dash of pepper-seasoned salt
1 1/2 to 2 c. thinly sliced zucchini
Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients well; add zucchini.
Spread in a 13 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Cut in squares and serve warm.
