Green Chili Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 oz. green chilies
    2 c. grated Jack or Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    3 c. milk
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Chop or dice chilies and layer in bottom of pan.
    Cover with cheese.
    In a bowl, mix biscuit mix, milk and eggs and pour over cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3/4 to 1 hour.
    Not too spicy.
