Buttermilk Pie In Corn Flour Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. water
pinch of salt

Preparation

Sift cornmeal and flour together.
Cut in shortening.
Add cheese. Finish as any other pie crust.
