Eggless Hillbilly Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 stick margarine or butter (1/2 c.)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. soda
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Mix
all
ingredients
except soda and flour.
Boil for one minute,
then
add
flour and soda.
Place in loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
