Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    3 1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. grated zucchini
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Add sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Beat until lemon colored.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Sift remaining ingredients.
    Fold into egg-zucchini mixture.
    Pour into 3 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let cool 10 minutes; remove from pans.
