Seafood Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    1/2 green pepper
    1 pkg. imitation crab or lobster meat
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. rice
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Saute butter or margarine in large skillet with onion and green pepper.
    Add crab or lobster meat; cook for 10 minutes.
    Add can of mushroom soup; cover and let simmer for 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice; season to taste.
    Serves 4.
