Orange Eggnog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qts. milk
12 egg yolks
1 -6 oz can frozen concentrate orange juice thawed, undiluted
1/2 C sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Scald milk in top of double boiler. Beat egg yolks with sugar. Stir in about 1 cup hot milk. Quickly stir into remaining hot milk in double boiler and cook, stirring constantly over simmering water until mixture thickens and coats a metal spoon. Remove from hot water and add vanilla. Chill. Add undiluted orange concentrate. Makes
16 1/2-cup servings.
