Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. chopped apples

Preparation

Cream sugar and oil.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
Add flour, vanilla, salt, nuts and apples.
Add soda last.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
