Green Pepper Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    12 oz. whole corn, drained
    1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. monosodium glutamate
    1 c. American cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 tsp. oleo, melted
Preparation
    Precook peppers in boiling water 5 minutes. Brown meat and onion. Add corn, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and monosodium glutamate.
    Simmer until heated through (5 minutes). Add cheese. Stir until melted.
    Layer meat, pepper strips, meat, etc., in baking dish. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
