Amanda'S Creme Brulee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Egg yolks
    1/3 Cup Sugar
    2 Cups Heavy Cream
    1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
    1/4 Cup Sugar (for carmelizing top)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400. In a large bowl whisk together egg yolks and sugar until sugar has dissolved and the mixture is thick and pale yellow.
