Glazed Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sweet potatoes (3 1/2 lb.)
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1/4 c. honey
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. orange rind
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover for 25 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Peel and cut into 1/2-inch slices.
    Arrange in greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
    Set aside.
