Lemon Pepper Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 to 3 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Preparation
    Combine all marinade ingredients.
    Add chicken and coat all pieces.
    Cover, seal and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Grill on barbecue grill until tender and done or bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 until tender and done.
