Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
1 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. warm water
2 c. buttermilk
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Blend in shortening.
Dissolve yeast in water.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Add to buttermilk. Then add buttermilk and yeast to flour mixture.
Mix well.
Cut biscuits after you have rolled out dough.
Dip in melted butter and place on greased pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
