Gazpacho Delight(Serves 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. tomato juice
    1 c. chopped cucumber
    1/2 c. chopped red onion
    1/2 c. corn kernels
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 c. peeled and chopped tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped zucchini
    1/4 c. chopped green chilies (mild, optional)
    1/4 c. chopped cilantro (optional)
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    A food processor makes this recipe a breeze.
    But even if you chop the vegetables yourself, you'll have this salad prepared in almost no time.
    Gazpacho is traditionally served uncooked, but it needs to sit for several hours to allow flavors to permeate.
