Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sausage
1 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. oil
1 pkg. chicken noodle soup (mix)
1 c. uncooked regular rice
4 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain; set aside.
Saute vegetables in oil until crisp-tender.
Set aside.
