Butterhorn Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 c. milk, scalded
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Cool milk and add it with egg, salt, sugar, then flour.
    Mix and knead.
    Let rinse until double in size.
    Roll out in circles and brush with melted oleo.
    Cut in pie-shaped wedges; roll up.
    Brush with oleo again.
    Let rise. Bake 15 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven or until golden brown.
