Marinated Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 large onion
    1 large green pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Peel carrots and slice in 1/4-inch segments.
    Cook for 20 minutes until just tender and cool.
    Slither onions and green pepper.
    Add soup, sugar, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and mustard. Mix all together well.
    Pour over the carrots.
    Let sit overnight in refrigerator.
    Stir before serving.
