Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    2 onions
    1 green pepper
    2 c. water
    2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut steak in strips and brown in a little oil.
    Add chopped onion and chopped green pepper.
    Add 2 cups water, Kitchen Bouquet and salt.
    Cook slowly for 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
