Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
salt
1 small can pineapple slices
2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Put chicken in baking dish.
Sprinkle lightly with salt. Drain juice from pineapple, reserving the juice.
Add soy sauce and sugar to the juice.
Mix until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 325\u00b0 about 45 minutes, basting several times. Place 1 pineapple slice on each breast half.
Baste.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes more.
