Potluck Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. potatoes
    2 containers sour cream
    3/4 box Velveeta cheese
    3 c. mushroom soup
    milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 c. crushed corn flakes
    1 c. melted oleo
Preparation
    Cook potatoes whole, cool and peel, then dice.
    Add the remaining ingredients with enough milk so they aren't stuffy.
    Mix together corn flakes and oleo and put on top.
    This makes enough for 30 people.
