Lo-Cal Lemon-Blueberry Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    3 egg whites
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 (8 oz.) plain yogurt or lemon yogurt
    1 c. blueberries
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
    lemon peel (optional)
Preparation
    Cream sugar, margarine and egg whites; beat 4 minutes at medium speed.
    Add vanilla and lemon; stir.
    Combine flour and baking soda; add to mixture alternately with yogurt.
    Add berries gently.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in greased 8-inch or 9-inch loaf pan.
