Bean And Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large carrot, sliced thin
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3 c. meat stock (may use bouillon cubes)
3 to 4 c. cooked, dried beans
2 to 3 c. cut cabbage
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook carrot, celery and onion in stock until almost tender, about 12 minutes.
Add beans and cabbage; cook 5 minutes longer. Season.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
