Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 can mushroom soup
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 egg
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. melted margarine (optional)
Preparation

Cook spinach per directions on package.
Drain well.
Mix all ingredients (except bread crumbs and margarine).
Top with bread crumbs.
Pour margarine over bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 until topping is brown, about 30 minutes.
