Low-Fat Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. pineapple juice
    1/3 c. chicken broth
    1/3 c. low sodium soy sauce
    2 tsp. dried thyme
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients well.
    Can be used to marinate poultry, pork, fish or beef.
    Grill, bake or broil - whatever!
