Zucchini Honey Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. chopped pecans
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. honey
1 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients and sift together.
Mix the remaining ingredients together.
Add dry ingredients to zucchini mixture and stir just until blended. Spoon into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted comes out clean.
