Philadelphia Carrot Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine softened cream cheese and sugar, mixing until well blended.
Blend in eggs, milk and vanilla.
Add combined dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
