Cheddar Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. margarine, melted
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. apples, chopped and peeled
    3/4 c. chopped nuts (I use pecans)
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add eggs, milk and margarine.
    Mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Spoon into well-greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 to 70 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
    Remove from pan and refrigerate leftovers.
